At a news conference addressing America’s dependence on fossil fuels, Senator Joe Lieberman (D-CT) says there is something different going on in the country now than in the past when gas prices skyrocketed.

Lieberman says that instead of being angry at the oil companies, people are realizing that America should be "angry at ourselves for not having done anything over the last 30 years to break our dependence on foreign oil" (0:20).
