Assistant Attorney General, Alice Fisher, of the Department of Justice Criminal Division testifies about zero tolerance policy of the Fraud Task Force.
Fisher says that the deterrent message of zero tolerance has had a very good impact and that FEMA and the Red Cross reported that over 8 million dollars in checks has been returned to their organizations (0:59).
