Speaking at a Senate Judiciary Committee meeting on "Immigration Economic Impacts" Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA) says that the guest worker program in the immigration bill is flawed.

Feinstein says that the guest worker program, as outlined in the controversial immigration bill, is unlikely to work because after living in the United States for six years, immigrants are not likely to return home when their temporary visas expire (:42).
