Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY) expresses her views on the issues surrounding the immigration debate during a luncheon this afternoon held by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Clinton says that in order to solve some of the problems that the immigration debate has brought to national attention, technology advancements should be used to help America provide security in a more dangerous world, strengthen the economy in a more globalized world, and protect American values in a changing world (1:01).
