President Bush says that while working as the United States Trade Representative, OMB nominee Rob Portman successfully initiated Free Trade Agreements.
The President extrapolates on Portman’s qualifications by noting that under Portman’s leadership, Free Trade Agreements were made with Bahrain, Oman, Peru and Colombia (00:49).
