Rumsfeld, responding to Kohl’s assertion that telling the Iraqis that they need to set up a stable government or risk a U.S. withdrawal from the country, says that the Iraqi government has enough pressure on it already, and that Bush promising a pullout could play into the hands of the interests of enemies of the U.S. (1:26)
