At the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy (ACS), attorney Lee Levine says that while resolution may not come from the Supreme Court, the legislature can step in and draw the necessary lines in regards to who can and cannot exercise privileges when protecting sources .

Levine says that "we have no choice but to seek a legislative solution" at this point in time, but maintains that there is still hope for the law to recognize reporter’s privilege. (0:30).
