At a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing, Senator Norm Coleman (R-MN) expresses that he wants to see an "audit trail," which records when and where something is inspected before it is shipped to the United States.

Coleman stresses the importance of having an audit trail and that his staff and the Government Accountability Office find that no evidence of an audit trail is "particularly disturbing" (0:54).
