United States Ambassador to the United Nations John Negroponte, warns that Al Qaeda will continue its high impact attacks as long as its central command structure and affiliated groups are functioning.
Negroponte says that while conventional explosives continues to be a most probably scenario, Al Qaeda is also interested in obtaining chemical, radiological, biological, and nuclear materials. (:32)
