Senator Mary Landrieu (D-LA) describes the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s procedure for deploying trailers to damaged sites affected by Hurricane Katrina at a Senate press conference.
Senator Landrieu says that FEMA deploys trailers through contracts; contracts to buy, move, install, and supply with electricity must be fulfilled. Senator Landrieu also questions the adequacies supplying trailers to a "warzone." (0:45)
