Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), member of the Senate Judiciary Committee investigating the NSA surveillance program, reiterates the belief of Attorney General Alberto Gonzales that it is necessary to act or dispatch to get information on terrorist attacks without having to wait for FISA.
Both men say that if they receive information on terrorist operatives in the United States, they might not have enough time to fulfill all FISA requirements. (0:55)
