President Bush talks about how to keep economic growth with the new budget during a speech to the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire.
Bush says that the deficit will be cut in half by year 2009. The biggest challenge in cutting deficit is the unfunded liabilities in programs such as Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid, since a baby boom is ready to retire. (0:54)
