Johnson says that if housing issues, including racial discrimination, facing members of the low-income and African-American communities in Mississippi are not addressed, then those people may be permanently displaced from their former homes. He says a state law and increased state and federal money can help these groups learn their rights under fair-housing laws. (1:09)
