Rove tells Victoria Jones that the Bush Administration’s concerns about a terrorist attack remain unchanged, despite the new tape. Rove adds that the U.S. government is doing everything it can to protect Americans, and that bin Laden’s truce offer indicates that U.S. efforts to dismantle bin Laden’s al Qaeda terrorist network are working.
