Representative Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), at the Congressional Progressive Caucus’ Alternative State of the Union, says that non-violence is an organizing principle that can help America.
Kucinich says that a department of peace is one part of a structure of non-violence that can be an organizing principle for America. He also says that President Bush’s State of the Union speech will be riddled with violent language, and that the Congressional Progressive Caucus provides an alternative to violence. (1:03)
