President Bush describes the controversial National Security Agency (NSA) domestic spying program while visiting NSA headquarters.
Bush says that the NSA spying program that he authorized only targets domestic calls to or from a foreign nation, and that one of the callers must be a suspected of being a member of al-Qaeda or an affiliated terrorist organization. (0:52)
