Former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the MPAA Jack Valenti says in a Commerce Committee hearing on decency that it isn’t possible to control all media content child is exposed to.
Valenti argues that parents can build a moral shield for their children at home, at church, and at school that will help the child navigate, but the power to build that shield should only be with parents. (0:33)
