2006 State of the Union Special from U.S. Capitol: Rep. Tom Reynolds (R-NY) quotes recent poll numbers which say that only two percent of Americans think ethics is an important aspect of what is happening in the country.
Rep. Reynolds thinks that Americans as a whole do not care about ethics as much as they do about job creation and the war on terrorism. However, he says he has zero tolerance for corruption and believes that elected officials who are guilty of corruption should be sent to jail. (:40)
