2006 State of the Union Special from U.S. Capitol: Rep. Steve King (R-IA) says that America needs to understand that it is important to convince the enemy that they have lost the war in Iraq.

Rep. King believes that as long as Democrats make statements that allow the enemy to think that the U.S. cannot defeat them, they will never be convinced that the war is over and that they have lost. (:16)
