President of the Human Rights Campaign, Joe Solmonese, admonishes the Bush Administration for inadequate response to the AIDS epidemic at a Human Rights Campaign news conference on World AIDS Day.
Solomonese suggest a few articles of reform such as sex education to teach young people more in depth methods to avoid AIDS aside from simply abstinence. Solomonese also suggests that the best method to stop HIV and AIDS is prevention. (1:59)
