President Bush explains what has occurred to the Iraqi people in the two and half years that the U.S. been fighting in Iraq and what it means for the U.S.

The president says that the Iraqi people have achieved freedom from a dictator, adopted a constitution and had free elections during the time that the U.S. has been fighting in Iraq. Bush says that by fighting for democracy in Iraq, Americans will be more secure. (:45)
