Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK), chairman of the hearing, expressed his great displeasure over Senator Maria Cantwell’s (D-WA) call to swear in the witnesses. Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) interjects her support for Cantwell’s motion, but both were rebuffed by the Chair. (1:45)
