Carter says the Kelo vs. New London ruling is an abomination and quotes the founding fathers that used the term prosperity instead of property by one vote, and saying that private property is a basis of the American system. Price quotes Jefferson saying that a government big enough to give everything is big enough to take everything away. He warns that the American dream of home ownership is at risk for everyone.
