The people of Pakistan suffered high causalities amongst its young in the earthquake, and faces the potential of even more loses without proper shelter when the harsh winter arrives in merely three weeks. Yet, little can be done as there is little viable housing and the soil and ground is still too unstable for construction in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake last month. (2:30)
