Energy Secretary Samuel Bodman speaks before the National Press Club to lay out a plan to have energy efficiency experts aid both industry and government in fuel conservation.
Secretary Bodman tells reporters that the Department of Energy plans to offer the services of these experts to two hundred of the country’s most energy intensive factories, in an effort to conserve energy this winter.
