Victoria Jones asks McClellan if the administration has made a request for international aid for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. She goes on to ask if the President plans on calling nation-wide National Guard troops or co-opting domestic airlines to aid in the response and recovery efforts of hurricane victims. (2:03)
