President Discusses Hurricane Katrina Emergency Disaster Relief
President Bush announces one of two important steps to provide help for the evacuees of Hurricane Katrina. He says that a $2,000 check per household will be distributed in emergency disaster relief for immediate needs such as food and clothes. (0:48)
