Ellen Ratner interviews National Security Advisor Steven Hadley on a number of issues at the annual Pentagon Radio Day on Friday, September 9th.
In response to Ratner’s question on the Hurricane Katrina response, Hadley explains that the lessons learned from Katrina evokes a newer way of looking at major catastrophe response. Hadley states that a different kind of organization may be needed to respond to such catastrophes. (1:00)
