Congressman Mac Thornberry (R-TX), questions former FEMA Director Michael Brown during a House Government Reform Committee hearing.
Rep Mac Thornberry asks former FEMA Director Michael Brown to describe the difference between the situations in the Super Dome and Convention Center in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Mr Brown says the Convention Center was worse because FEMA had no one there, there was a "hysteric" media describing rapes etc., and because it was an isolated area that had not been planned for.
