Vice Admiral Gerald L. Hoewing briefs Pentagon press on the findings of a sexual harassment and sexual violence in two military academies.
Vice Adm. Hoewing blames the current existence of sexual harassment and sexual violence amongst cadets on the institutions failure to adequately address and prevent such behavior in the past. As a result, female cadets are far more likely to face harassment that may lead to violence. (0:34)
