Robert Schainker from the Power Delivery and Markets, Electric Power Research Institute, states that the Department of Homeland of Security, gives warnings about attacks on the electric power grids.

Schainker says that warnings of attacks on the electrical power grids can come in the forms of cyber attacks, car bombs, cargo planes, and laser guns to blind people, chemical and biological attacks. (1:30)
