Public Advocate president, Eugene Delgaudio announced that the organization has revoked its support for Judge John Roberts nomination to the Supreme Court. to explain why Roberts defended gay rights.
Delgaudio explains the organization reached that decision when it learned that Roberts gave legal advice to gay-rights activists fighting an anti-gay legislation in Colorado back in 1996. (:38)
