John Rother, director of policy for AARP speaks out against privatizing Social Security at the 70th Anniversary rally for Social Security.

Rother hopes that the program can be strengthened in a "constructive" way rather than forming private accounts. He says he is hopeful that the public will continue to understand the implications private accounts could have on the future of Social Security. (:30)
