Former Sen. Warren Rudman (R-NH) stresses the importance of an organization like Partnership for a Secure America (PSA) during a press conference announcing the PSA’s creation.

Rudman, who co-chairs the PSA’s advisory board, says the bipartisan cooperation that existed during his Senate tenure is now mostly absent. The PSA has been formed to promote bipartisanship in Congress. (:52)
