Erich Pica, the Friends of the Earth Domestic Campaigns Director, explains how the new energy bill passed by Congress is one of the most "anti-environmental pieces of legislation."
Pica states that the bill will undermine community protection. He also says the public must address to the leaders of Congress not to sign this bill in law. (:43)
