Baltimore Mayor Martin O’Malley talks about how investing in the security of the United States can be improved by exporting technology to developing countries.
O’Malley explains that by unleashing "weapons of mass salvation" to developing countries where terrorism is rampant, the United States can improve living conditions abroad which can in turn improve security at home. (:50)
