At the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools National Conference, Raymond Simon, the U.S. Deputy of Secretary of Education comments on the success of No Child Left Behind since its implementation.
Simon remarks that education in many states such as New York and Georgia have improved and have been positively impacted by No Child Left Behind. He says that according to the Center for Education Policy, early-age, "at-risk" students and students with disabilities are receiving more attention than before. (:41)
