At a discussion at the U.S. Institute of Peace, Rend Francke of the Iraq Foundation describes who are involved in the drafting of the Iraq constitution.
Francke says that political factions within Iraq have come together within the last two weeks to develop a constitution that multi-ethnic and diverse political groups could agree upon.(1:16)
