Anna Aurilio, the Legislative Director of the U.S. PIRG, says the new energy law will create environmental problems.
The new energy policy will weaken the Clean Water Act and Safe Drinking Water Act. "Exxpose Exxon", a group of non-supporters of the new energy law chant, "No drill, no spill, protect the arctic refuge." (:38)
