Sen. Ted Stevens (R-AK) supports fully funding PBS, but calls for the elimination of bias within its programming during the Senate Subcommittee hearing.

At Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies hearing, Stevens disagrees with David Boaz, executive vice president of CATO Institute, saying that PBS should receive all the funding it has asked for, on the condition that all political bias be taken out of PBS programming.
