After being outed as an Indiana corn and soy bean farmer by Shiner, Lugar admits that he has credence over many of his fellow Senators due to his personal relationship with the workings of farmers. He claims that other Senators are merely advocates for some cause or another. He states that as a farmer, he strongly advocates the passage of free trade agreements. (0:43)
