Secretary Michael Chertoff of the Department of Homeland Security tells the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation that "sleeper cells" within the U.S. present as big of a security threat as foreign terrorists.

Chertoff says the London bombings highlighted the possibility of terrorism coming from a domestic source. He adds that the Patriot Act has given DHS the tools to combat such threats. (:44)
