Representative Rush Holt (D-NJ) asserts the need for sunset provisions to be added to the US Patriot Act at the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence press conference.

He states a patient would not be able to take "strong medicine" without reference from a doctor and uses this analogy to call for sunset provisions in the act, comparing the two situations. (:29)
