Maj. Gen. David Rodriguez explains how his force has been working to "stem the flow" of foreign fighters entering Iraq to join the insurgency.

Rodriguez’ troops have conducted unspecified "operations" along Iraq’s western border region that have effectively prevented a number of foreign soldiers from coming into the Iraq. Rodriguez says his force has also cracked down on smuggling activities that could help the insurgents. (:53)
