Kevin Kiley, surgeon general for the Army, gives the results of an assessment of detainee abuse by medical personnel in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay.
Kiley’s assessment included interviews with American medical personnel working with detainees, but not through interviews with detainees or outside agencies. Detainee policy was rough at first, but it has improved over the years – medical care has always been good. (1:41)
