Gen. Barry McCaffrey (ret.) says U.S. forces cannot sustain combat tours in Iraq.

At a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing, General McCaffrey (ret.) says Iraq will be at least a five-year challenge. McCaffrey, saying the U.S. National Guard is "in a stage of meltdown," said the United States Army and Marine Corps are incapable of sustaining reconstruction in Iraq. (1:00)
