White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan on Iraq

McClellan responds by stating that regime-change was the policy of the Clinton administration and that the President wanted to address the treat posed by Iraq. He refuses to characterize the President’s statement as wanting strictly regime-change or weapons inspections. (:54)

Jones presses McClellan to strictly define the President’s goals as either seeking regime-change or weapons inspections prior to the war in Iraq.
