The United States is at war, Rear Admiral Michael Mahon, Director of Deep Blue for the Navy, says.
Supporting Navy joint coalition forces in that war is the first priority, Mahon says at the Future of the United States Navy panel at the American Enterprise Institute.
The United States will continue to be a global power with global interests and must squeeze every ounce of combat capability out of the forces it has. (:50)
