Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) is disappointed at the fact that Gen. Peter Pace continues to use the quote "Commander in the Field," during a Senate Armed Forces Committee hearing.

McCain says the U.S. does not have and has not had enough troops in Iraq and has paid a very heavy price for it. McCain cites the American inability to prevent insurgents from entering Iraq across the Syrian border as an example of why the U.S. needs more troops. (1:02)
