During a press conference to announce broad opposition by Women of Color to the nomination of Janice Rogers Brown to the DC Circuit Court, Senator Boxer gives an example of why Brown is unqualified to earn a seat in the DC Circuit Court of Appeals. She says Brown is bad for rape victims. (:31)
